I hate going to bars and clubs, people look at me like I'm some sort of defect with 3 eyeballs. I have a small number of best friends, and while I know many, many others, anytime I ask if they'd like to do something, their options are always to number off which bars, clubs and days of the week they should set me up on their schedule. I think these places are cheesy as hell. You can flame me all you'd like, but the atmospheres are so lame it's almost unbearable without 8 beers in me. Over-emotional young girls with streaks of makeup and stringy hair; guys pumped up heavily on their own testosterone. I'm not bitter or unhappy, but it frustrates me that no one my age has any culture. If I suggest a vacation, they inquire as to what local bars these cities have, etc. Can you relate? If you're one of these people, can I offer you a PERSONALITY for half the price you'd pay regularly? :) lol

I like most kinds of music. Pretty much anything that provokes raw emotion...be it anger, despair, love, or lust .Elevator music irritates me. 80's music makes me dance- not very well I might add. Heavier music is like a catharsis for me, so it can put me to sleep. *laughs*...hard to believe I know. Maybe this would be a better explanation; heavy/ hardcore music helps me connect to the emotion I am feeling at the time and then the music helps me to release via the instrumental/vocal expression's energies. It's a give and take. Pre-recorded or not. In this realm we are all connected through energies...why not through the energy of music?

I have been giving some serious thought to my choice of movie genre. For some reason I am becoming more and more intrigued with horror and suspense. Thought provoking material. Something to trigger more of a raw emotion. I am drawn to intense emotion lately. *shrug* No fucking love stories anymore. Love is a myth. True love is an even bigger joke to me right now. Gimme gore and homicidal maniacs. Now that's REAL!
