See in most people life they have a lot of anger. In others there is less. Some people deal with anger by watching t.v. Some talk about it. Some may listen to music. There are many ways you can deal with it but if you let it build up it's almost unstopable. Take it from someone who has let his anger build up to a point where he didnt give a fuck about the who got hurt. 2 years ago I let my anger build up so much I got into atleast 3-4 fights a week. I won them but I faught people that really care about me. I think just seeing blood drip from another person pleased me. It also got to the point where niggaz didnt even say what's up to me no more. Then one day my homie Mr. Charlse told me I had to find another way to deal with it. He said " you dont want to go through life having people reject you because they only know you as a angry dude". So I start to listen to music more often. Listening to people like Eminem really relax my mind. Just listening to the pain people been through helps. I say that because I can relate to most of their situation. So now if I get pissed off I turn on some music. So if you got a lot of anger take my homie Mr. Charlse advise and find a different way cause you dont want to go through life having people beleive that you are a angry dude.
