God created the earth with its natural resources and accommodated to help human beings benefits for their demanded lives. Human beings live in this land to develop it by active work and diligence in order to assist them to obtain their life avenues and requirements. And by running of the time, changeable ways of life and by expansion of population and urbanism, different levels of nation spread in earth such as, high ruling class ,middle class and low class. From ancient till present time human beings have effective roles in different fields to create prosperous earth and deserve all the immanence, social and financial human rights.

With diligences of human beings to works in different directions of economic, industrial and commercial fields make them in need of satisfied income .Therefore, working class require to get sufficient income from high ruling class to cover their life needs and demands in some cases especially in republican and democratic countries. So, these high classes take advantage of the workers weakness for their interest and benefits and that lead to capitalist Union and mutual benefits between the high ruling classes and that cause for ignoring, sarcasm and aggression of the workers.

There will be disappointing consequences and effects from working class which are psychological and tangible. The overwhelming grief and suffering from hatred and desire for revenge and dissatisfaction, lack of loyalty and despair of their become responsive violent such as local religious and ethnic wars. Crimes and social corruption, thefts, forgery and suicide events always occur between these needy layers.

In addition , There are some exclusion reactions which are take place in this current time that I did not touch concerning a role in destroying thousands nations of innocent victims in wars at the expense of Strategic political capitalist from the countries that have the potentials of dominant military force who does not care about the violent ways and human rights, people whom are coveting to colonize the vulnerable countries .In order to, to satisfy their needs are either purely political conditions or economic ambitions like a monster predator who looking for a victim to satisfy his desired of starvation.

The painful thing that the allied countries that have a dominant military force are does not commitment with the policies of peaceful organization agreements of Global Alliance. Consequently, this act is considered as high treason to the humanitarian.

Upon to their consequences I believe if we propose principles which are based on to preserve human rights which will reduce the difficult constraints for human beings. For instance, imposition of taxes on the people to be based on analytical studies of the Ministry of Labor and Housing according to material inputs, participation of the rich people with various projects in different fields for motivation and encouragement of people, exploitation of the energies of young people by providing them the necessary resources because they are innovators and creators of any community, there must be intellectual ,political, economic, social and cultural awareness, such as achieving equality between all classes, Initiative clerics to motivate people to become an integrated social constructive unit.

In the conclusion ,according to the mentioned above ,in personal viewpoint I think if we apply these solutions it will help improve human rights, which are considered as keys to do future studies to overcome the difficult that occur between the republican and democratic. But the question what is the definition of humanitarian or human rights .In other mean, why this innocent human is the victim of this changeable wars.
