I'm just an ordinary girl with peculiar taste in Music. From Hip Hop to the Ol' School. I listen to all. The list of artists that are my top favorite Hip Hop artists included Nas, Jay-Z, Little Brother, Lupe Fiasco, Kanye West, Wu-Tang Clan, Raekwon, Method Man, Redman, Ghostface, A Tribe Called Quest, Black Rob, Common, Pharoahe Monch, Cam'ron (his old stuff really), Big, and Pac. My favorite Current R&B artists are a few unfortunately. Beyonce, Amerie, Nicole Wray, 702, Faith Evans, SWV, Aaliyah, Destiny's Child, and TLC. The reason for this short list is simple. I'm an Ol' School Junkie. LOL. I listen to more Ol' School than today R&B. I'm a Motown Fan so anything that comes from Motown, I will love. My two all time favorite artists are Smokey Robinson and Marvin Gaye. I'm listening to Marvin more than Smoke at the moment. But that's a different story. If I tell you the list of my favorite Ol' School artists, whether it be Soul or Rock, it'll take awhile but just to name a few. The Beatles (John, Paul and George are my favorites. Sorry, Ringo), Chicago, The Rolling Stones, The Beach Boys, Rare Earth, David Bowie, Diana Ross and The Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Andy Williams, Nina Simone, Patti Page, Earth, Wind, And Fire, The Intruders, Al Green, The Delphonics, The Temptations, The Originals, The Drifters, Barbara Mason, The Platters, Smokey Robinson and The Miracles, The Marvelettes, Martha and The Vandellas, Mary Wells, The Dramatics, Bobby Taylor and The Vancouvers, The Orlons, The Bee Gees, Carly Simon, Billy Stewart..list continues from here. I listen to British Pop more than the Pop here. Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse are my favorites. However, if I was forced to choose with a gun sticking to my head which American Pop Artist I would listen to right now, it'd be Christina Aguilera. That's it. Well that's it for now. LOL. Bye!
