i find it hard to believe where we've come from
i find it hard to believe how much of everyone's self has been lost
the thing is when were all old an gray well be thankful for the day that it happen
you learn so much by what you or the people around you do wrong
but you can't help to feel waves over emotions crash down on you like a sea during a storm

sometimes your up
sometimes your down
but its when things are down and your kicked in your rump that you relize the good ups
when your up its hard to know what you have until its gone
when things get touch just know that your not alone and there's people around you that love you even if you don't think so
there's always someone who cares...if you don't think so go ask
