Wow, sorry you felt like you had to break down some very basic words. I must have made a very bad impression on you., Jacqueline. I can assure you, I'm not THAT guy. :)
Although I understand where you're coming from, I almost came back and deleted what I wrote because I DO understand. I decided to let it stand though, because it's a very valid point. All of what I see is NOT slang, a great deal are misspelled words, words spelled phonetically and to me, that's sad, just plain sad!

**Musicseawater**? We had slang that made our elders cringe. Remeber? I guess we need to stay loose...for change. I'm getting more conservative as I mature, so I understand your angst. Our young ones WILL continue to conceive (form an idea), achieve (act on those ideas) and receive (benefit from the fruit of their efforts). I believe this with my whole heart. :)

Wow, has the English language changes THAT much? I know the kids think this gibberish is cute and hip, but I wonder if they can fill out a job application, resume or even a passport form using traditional English? Can they even spell?
My point is, there's a time and place for everything. I'd be very interested in seeing a basic sentence in English, proper spelling in all.
Can you even do that?

More of "Da MESSAGE"....HEY...This backs up what my Dad used to say about the conditions for a black man. He used to say, "A black man's idea of suicide...is to go downstairs in the basement and jump UP ! [smile] (It's gettin' better Daddy)...Rest* In* Peace*, Dad.

Awesome awesome awesome. That's all I can tell. By the way this song really really fits well to Grand Theft Auto IV when you're driving at night.
