I called the seminary and asked for Kim Backensto. I believe that she is in charge of audio orders. You might want to ask for an IT person who could make the Cd for you.

The talk was given at the first Westminister Confession of Faith Conference at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, Pa. I believe it was in 2004. You can order all the talks in MP3 format from RPTS. Just go to their website and call them to order.
