Which Jesus do you follow? Which Jesus do you serve? If Ephesians says to imitate Christ Then why do you look so much like the world? Cause my Jesus bled and died He spent His time with thieves and liars He loved the poor and accosted the arrogant So which one do you want to be? Blessed are the poor in spirit Or do we pray to be blessed with the wealth of this land Blessed are they that hunger and thirst for righteousness Or do we ache for another taste of this world of shifting sand Cause my Jesus bled and died for my sins He spent His time with thieves and sluts and liars He loved the poor and accosted the rich So which one do you want to be? Who is this that you follow This picture of the American dream If Jesus was here would you walk right by on the other side or fall down and worship at His holy feet Pretty blue eyes and curly brown hair and a clear complexion Is how you see Him as He dies for Your sins But the Word says He was battered and scarred Or did you miss that part Sometimes I doubt we'd recognize Him Cause my Jesus bled and died He spent His time with thieves and the least of these He loved the poor and accosted the comfortable So which one do you want to be? Cause my Jesus would never be accepted in my church The blood and dirt on His feet might stain the carpet But He reaches for the hurting and despises the proud I think He'd prefer Beale St. to the stained glass crowd And I know that He can hear me if I cry out loud I want to be like my Jesus! I want to be like my Jesus! I want to be like my Jesus! I want to be like my Jesus! Not a posterchild for American prosperity, but like my Jesus You see I'm tired of living for success and popularity I want to be like my Jesus but I'm not sure what that means to be like You Jesus Cause You said to live like You, love like You but then You died for me Can I be like You Jesus? I want to be like you Jesus! I want to be like my Jesus How to Give Your Life to Christ Giving your life to Jesus Christ is truly the only way to get to Heaven when this mortal life is over. Giving your life to Christ is easy ... sometimes living up to the promises you make when you give your life to Christ is difficult. But just remember, God won't give you any trial that you cannot pass. Just follow these steps and you will be on your way to Eternal Life with God and His Son, Jesus Christ, when you pass on from this mortal coil. 1. Confess your sins and admit that you are a sinner. As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: (Romans 3:10) 2. Be willing and ready to repent from your sins. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: (Acts 17:30) 3. Believe that Jesus died on the cross for you, was buried, and rose from the dead. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10) 4. Pray and invite Jesus to come into your life and become your personal savior. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) 5. Read and study the Holy Bible and fellowship with other Christians. Giving your life to Christ is a big decision. In that one step you are asking god, through His Son, Jesus Christ, to erase all of your sins and transgressions, and to make you a new person. If you have come to the decision that this is what you want to do, then pick one of the prayers listed here below and Pray to Jesus to come in and take over your life. It doesn't matter which Prayer you choose. Just ask Jesus, with a sincere heart, to come into your life, and He will. "Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and rose from the grave to give me life. I know You are the only way to God so now I want to quit disobeying You and start living for You. Please forgive me, change my life and show me how to know You. In Jesus' name. Amen."

I love music which takes you to a place where your adrenaline flows free, its got to live and be true to the soul.Todays music seems to bring the smoke but lacks the intensity of the fire. I like genuine straight to the heart music which can compel me to another level of thinking
