Well, to start off, I perhaps may be one of the most eccentric, strangest guys you will ever meet, but one of the most musically insane as well, as music is my life. As my "professions" that I have for now, I am a composer/arranger, bass singer, pianist, saxophonist, bassoonist, guitarist and that is about it. I do like true punk, but I'm more of a grindcore fan. And you fake emos, I eat fake trendy Hot Topic emo wannabees for breakfast, so beware. If you are a Christian, we can still be friends, just dont force your beliefs on me! Much of the music today in the mainstream media is filth to me, and I listen to music for talent, creativity, innovation and that it pleases my ears and NOT because it's popular. I have a lot of respect for a lot of art forms, but not stupid and utterly retarded art forms (like Slipknot). I am a huge avant-garde enthusiast (the composers whom I respect may be found in the music section of my profile as well as the bands I like). I love so much music and I just love metal and classical music and a lot of avant-garde the most.
When it comes to metal, I try to keep an open mind a lot of the time. Sometimes I do make fun of certain bands, and I think you should listen to whatever you like, unless its for the wrong reasons. But seriously, some bands out there are just BEGGING to be made fun of. Being a true metalhead is about being yourself, not following materialistic and over-cliched trends, and listen to GOOD METAL!
