San Andreas pfft west coast lifestyle in this song thank god i'm east coast

One of Mr. Stewart's best videos on MTV and VH1, and one of my favorite songs from the 1980s and beyond. I always found it interesting that the song was called, "Young Turks", yet the chorus is "Young hearts, be free tonite." Is there a word in the music industry for a song in which the title of the song is never referred to in the song? Either way, Rod rocked out during this time in the early '80s w/ this New Wave style.
