It's the same as your story, but now that they have the new toonami it was pretty much boring and I've been watching different kinds of anime now and then so I guess sometimes I'm used to that stuff. Oh, by the way have you seen my comment that I put up on the last episode of Outlaw Star? If you did, what do you think? And you're right it has a good plot, even though sometimes its hard enough for me to understand. The space fights were awesome and characters were straight up awesome, even the main female characters are pretty smokin' hot. Heh, it's not a bad anime at all.

I got interested in Outlaw Star back when it was on Toonami, i still didn't know what anime was back then. I guess what really got me interested was the fact that it was a step-up from cartoons, in other words it had a good plot (at least interesting enough), great characters and space fights...
