About

Description
Breck Stewart is an actor and singer who also worked behind the scenes as cameraman, editor, director and producer on many projects over 2 decades. He started his showbiz career on the stage at age 7 and learned his craft until the age of 18 also studying classical piano, trumpet and guitar all the while. He then became a rather successful model for a few years in his early twenties. At some point he decided to quit modeling and started to look for acting opportunities, working sporadically but consistently through the years.

He started his foray into music in 2004 by creating a duo, Frenzia which broke up in 2006 when the other member left the formation. He tried to find another partner but it didn't happen so he became a solo singer instead. He released his first album called Utopia in December 2007 with many singles and videos now available. Utopia is an album based on the concept of this virtual reality we all call the Internet. Although a wonderful tool in so many ways, it has the tendency to create unrealistic expectations about life by flashing in front of us this opulent, synthetic and surreal existence which is only a big illusion composed of pixels and compressed energy. The songs are all related to the subject of fabricated fantasies created by the web.

His managing team includes Gabe Wellington and Calvin Washington at MoonDaze Productions based in San Francisco, California in the United States.

music
I love different types of music but I admit having a soft spot for computer generated material, not surprisingly. What I love about electronica is the fact that digital technology enables anyone to invent sounds and create songs with very limited financial means. I have been deeply influenced in my music by an eclectic bunch of bands and solo artists over the years: Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Duran Duran, Erasure, New Order, Enigma, ABC, ABBA, Kylie Minogue, George Michael, Britney Spears, Madonna, Delerium, Kraftwerk, Utah Saints, Roxette, Art of Noise, Eurythmics, Nine Inch Nails, Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), Michael Jackson, Olivia Newton-John, Culture Club, Human League, Orbital, Mylene Farmer, Leftfield, Sade, INXS, Bananarama, Astral Projection, Cyndi Lauper, Sheena Easton, Goldfrapp, Expose My complete list would be too extensive to write down but suffice it to say that pretty much any music I hear has an influence on me.
artists
Too many to count in many different areas.
movies
There are a couple of movies that left such a deep impression on me that my life was put into another perspective from that moment forward. And even though I have a lot of favorites, I simply worship The Matrix trilogy. No other will ever compare in my head because it completely redefined the way I viewed life and how I built my art. Most people love the first Matrix, kinda tolerate Reloaded and hate Revolutions. Personally, I love all 3 equally because this really is one giant movie divided in 3 distinct yet fluid chapters which could also have been called Birth, Life and Death. Revolutions was so hated because it was about acceptance, how time robs us of youth and the end of our days is inevitable. And granted, this no fun topic to tackle for a Hollywood Blockbuster film. Yet those 3 movies contain so many layers of symbolism and was crafted in such a way that in my very humble opinion, I consider it to be a modern masterpiece. The intricacies of it all just brings me to my knees. The sheer work involved into creating those movies is totally worth of my eternal devotion. I have a soft spot for Reloaded and can admit to watching probably hundreds of time, even high a standard for someone like me who is the king in watching the same stuff over and over again. Those figthing choreographies and technical effects are simply flawlesss and Keanu Reeves as Neo is perfection in casting. Yes I am one of those obsessed with the Matrix and the mind blowing work of the Wachowski brothers who are simply Gods to me. There... I said it.
tv shows
I am a sitcom kinda guy. The 2 tops on my list is Friends and Frasier. Pure sitcom heaven on a cracker obviously. Then Will and Grace, Roseanne and Seinfeld are also gems. And many others from other eras too numerous to count.Special Note for Ugly Betty. I never watched it on television but it came out on DVD recently and boy, this is a fantastic show. Every character is simply delicious and it was high time we saw someone like Betty on the screen.
actors
Keanu Reeves, Kevin Spacey, Nicole Kidman
