Keep Me Where The Light Is~Written on October 25, 2009
God, show me the way, show me how.
To always do the right thing and never let you down.
Show me how to be a man and achieve greatness in life.
How to keep moving forward and never give up without a fight.
God, keep me on the right path and away from all the negativity.
Because I know that I can do good with the strength that you have given me.
I know that I've made some bad choices in my life but you'll find a way to forgive me.
We've all been in bad situations because without them what would life be?
And I know that they'll be some more challenges along the way.
But with you by my side I know that I'll get through the day.
I know that my life isn't going to be perfect.
But in the end it'll all be worth it.
And I'm not asking you to do everything for me, but just point me in the right direction.
Because its my responsibility to make all the corrections.
And I know that there is a lot of evil out there and sometimes the world can be filled with darkness.
So all I ask is that you stay by my side and keep me where the light is.
