NOTE: Please upload your songs as 160kbps -quality and CBR (Constant Bit-Rate), i know it won't change it down to 128kbps as all of the upper values from 192kbps and up does, also keep the format MP3 with 160kbps and CBR, all others will be converted down to 128kbps, which is not much of a quality as CBR, most people do hear the difference (distortion in this case) very well!
No need to convert if the source audio is less than this 160kbps (same 160k is 96kbps in AAC, M4A - they have much better compression and that's the limit for those formats and up of course) - again Ogg/Vorbis is apx. same as MP3 in compression - all lossless formats again from WAV to APE, MAC and FLAC are freely convertable to 160kbps MP3! Main thing: They will all stay this way, just FLV-container is changed over them (speeds up imeem works...)
