And for some reason I remember it like the song you want to continue singing but can’t remember the lyrics. Though for some reason you keep singing the song and still it keeps me smiling.

Though so many years have passed I still see your face every time I close my eyes. And in the darkest of nights I can still hear you voice talking to me tell I fall asleep. So that on dark and rainy days it allows me to fell safe.

There’s an aching pain that still lingers in the dark depths of my heart. It still sings out your name never letting me forget no matter how hard I try. That aching pain wants me to remember every little thing about you.

On those days my heart continues to bleed out and the tears fall down my face like blood from a horrible gun shot that just won’t stop bleeding. That damned wound that I can never seem to fix that never seems to get healed.

Deep in my heart there is a wound that allows me to cry and think you. And because of that wound I continue to bleed and cry wishing you were here still with me hold me as tight s you could every time I cried. That wound that you left me with the day you left me forever never allowing me to love another.

That deep aching pain that lingers every time I hear your voice trying to sing that stupid song but you can never remember the lyrics. That day when you left for work singing as loud as you could trying to keep me awake. But in the end you never came home singing that song because my love you were killed in the most horrible way, and leaving me in nothing but tears covered in your blood.
