Greetings! Let me take this opportunity to say thank you to all those louisians and nonlouisians who commented to this composition of mine. It's such an honor to be part of the top ten and be part of course of the louisian family. Likewise, it is an openning door for me to receive offers from different people whom I don't really know. Such God's blessing to meet companies of people asking me to compose songs for their institution and the like. Sigh.....thanks SLU for this opportunity....Thank God... The use of the internet / cyberspace is really an adavantage of getting new jobs, meeting new friends, sharing one's talent and reading comments with a smile. out of all the entries, this is the song I found so unique. most of the songs have of most similar title focusing on "light", maybe because the theme of the competition is "light that transforms".But this song, speaks more than a light.... tranformation starts with "oneness" (of unity), indeed... the composer is such a genius (whoever you are)... your way of thinking is way beyond...it touches everything.Wonderful....amazing....hope we could be friends.. i am also composing songs just like you. it's been for how many long years i haven't visited slu, and now it's nearly celebrating its 100 years of success as one of the best institutions in the whole world, being the light of the north in the philippines. the song depicts it so. the united slu as the light. we louisinas should be proud louisians. we need to be one in lighting others light. excellent song. indescribable. hope somebody post the lyrics. nice melody and message for a "great great louisian".
