"My Personal Story"


My Father had lung cancer and tried everything for two years, from Radiation to Chemo. Nothing worked. He wittled away from a Strong Senior of a man, to 112 lbs. It was so sad watching this. I was Married and living away from him and my older brother. ( he came back to take care of him), I would have to force myself to go visit him and watch this man slowly die. It was so hard for me.


Anyway, I'm working up in Allentown with a Concrete Contractor I have been employed with for quite sometime. So I'm riding shotgun in a 6 person Crew Cab, traveling down Rte 100. Works over and we're finally going home. I get this feeling that something is not right with my Father all of a sudden. I couldn't explain it, but I felt sad, and my co-workers noticed and asked what's wrong and other questions. I couldn't answer them.


I get home and my Father-in-Law says: 'Sorry to hear about your Dad." I looked at my wife, and she said "Gus ( my brother) called not too long ago. Your Dad passed."

I called my brother, and Gus says "Dad was sitting watching the O.J. Simpson trial, when he turned to me and handed me his wedding Band, and said "I'm tired" and then he died." My brother watched him Die. So did I in a way. LOVE?


My Mother passed two weeks later. I saw her before she passed also. I'll see them soon enough. I Hope

I like to keep track of all shows that I have been too since I decided that Addiction was killing me and didn't want to live in that INSANITY anymore. I have found that I truly enjoy my Music with an unclouded mind and open eyes....LOL......."Clean Date - NOVEMBER 13th, 1999"
