ryadeum merges ambient electronica with unintrusive jazz elements using an electrified saxophone (alto, till 2005) and a midified wind/breath-controller (since 2007) to get e.g. haunting whale-like sounds or iterative melodic lines that indicate a somehow cryptic approach to improvisation, yet still focusing on form and structure.
