I am half Jamaican and I was born in Louisiana. I play guitar badly and sit glued to my laptop most of the time. I have a band called The Fast Sails, and I'm kind of obsessed with music. I plug away at writing short stories and screenplays. I also blog on LAist and Hate Something Beautiful, and go see a lot of bands.
