BEHOLD: I AM AGAINST THY PILLOWS WHEREWITH THERE THEY HUNT THY SOUL TO MAKE THEE FLY. I WILL TEAR THEE FROM THEIR ARMS AND WILL LET THY SOUL GO - EVEN THY SOUL THAT THEY HUNT TO MAKE THEE FLY.
THE CUP OF GODS RIGHT HAND HAST TURNED TOWARD THEE AND SHAMEFUL SPEWING IS UPON THY GLORY.
DRINK THOU AND LET THY FORESKIN BE UNCOVERED: THOU ART FILLED WITH SHAME FOR GLORY; PURGE THEE NOW: FOR SHAME HATH NO GLORY. AMEN.
WISDOM HATH DEPARTED THINE EARTH AND TAKEN HER SEAT AMONG THE ANGELS. AMEN.
WISDOM CRIED WITHOUT: SHE UTTERED HER VOICE IN THE STREETS; SHE CRIED IN THE CHIEF PLACE OF CONCOURSE WITHIN THE OPENING OF GATES.
IN THE CITY SHE UTTERED HER WORDS SAYING: HOW LONG, SIMPLE ONES, HOW LONG WILL THOU LOVE SIMPLICITY? HOW LONG WILL SCORNERS DELIGHT IN SCORNING AND FOOLS HATE KNOWLEDGE?
TURN THOU AT MY REPROOF.
BEHOLD: I HATH POURED OUT MY SPIRIT UNTO THEE.
I HATH MADE KNOWN MY WORDS UNTO THEE.
I HATH SPOKEN IT AND IT IS DONE. AMEN.
BECAUSE I HATH CALLED AND THEY REFUSED; I HATH STRETCHED OUT MY HAND AND THEY DOST NOT REGARD; THEY HATH SET AT NAUGHT ALL MY COUNSEL AND THEY HATH TAKEN NONE OF MY REPROOF: I WILL LAUGH AT THEIR CALAMITY; I WILL MOCK WHEN THEIR FEAR COMETH; WHEN THEIR FEAR COMETH AS DESOLATION; WHEN THEIR DESTRUCTION COMES AS A WHIRLWIND; WHEN DISTRESS AND ANGUISH FALL STRONG UPON THEM.
YES THEY SHALL CALL UPON ME BUT I WILL NOT ANSWER.
THEY SHALL SEEK ME LATE BUT SHALL NOT FIND ME.
FOR THEY HATED KNOWLEDGE AND DID NOT CHOOSE THE FEAR OF GOD. THEY HATH TAKEN NONE OF MY COUNSEL AND HATH DESPISED ALL MY REPROOF.
THEREFORE SHALL THEY EAT THE FRUIT OF THEIR OWN WAY AND BE FILLED WITH THEIR OWN DEVICES. FOR THE TURNING AWAY OF THE SIMPLE SHALL SLAY THEM AND THE PROSPERITY OF FOOLS SHALL DESTROY THEM.
BUT WHOSO TODAY DOTH HEARKEN UNTO ME, WHOSO TODAY DOTH PARTAKE OF MINE COUNSEL, WHOSO TODAY DOTH TURN AT MINE REPROOF: THOU SHALL DWELL SAFELY AND THOU SHALL BE QUIET FROM FEAR OF EVIL.
WISDOM HATH DEPARTED THINE EARTH AND TAKEN HER SEAT AMONG THE ANGELS. AMEN.
NO ANGEL SHALL INTERVENE ON THEIR BEHALF; NO ANGEL SHALL CEDE THEM SAFETY. AMEN.
I HATH SPOKEN IT AND IT IS DONE. AMEN.
JUDGES 9:15
And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king over you, then come and put your trust in my shadow: and if not, let fire come out of the bramble, and devour the cedars of Lebanon.
1 CHRONICLES 17:6
Wheresoever I have walked with all Israel, spake I a word to any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to feed my people, saying, Why have ye not built me an house of cedars?
EZEKIEL 17:1-24
And the word of God came unto me, saying,
Son of man, put forth a riddle, and speak a parable unto the house of Israel;
And say, Thus saith God; A great eagle with great wings, longwinged, full of feathers, which had divers colours, came unto Lebanon, and took the highest branch of the cedar:
He cropped off the top of his young twigs, and carried it into a land of traffick; he set it in a city of merchants.
He took also of the seed of the land, and planted it in a fruitful field; he placed it by great waters, and set it as a willow tree.
And it grew, and became a spreading vine of low stature, whose branches turned toward him, and the roots thereof were under him: so it became a vine, and brought forth branches, and shot forth sprigs.
There was also another great eagle with great wings and many feathers: and, behold, this vine did bend her roots toward him, and shot forth her branches toward him, that he might water it by the furrows of her plantation.
It was planted in a good soil by great waters, that it might bring forth branches, and that it might bear fruit, that it might be a goodly vine.
Say thou, Thus saith God; Shall it prosper? shall he not pull up the roots thereof, and cut off the fruit thereof, that it wither? it shall wither in all the leaves of her spring, even without great power or many people to pluck it up by the roots thereof.
Yea, behold, being planted, shall it prosper? shall it not utterly wither, when the east wind toucheth it? it shall wither in the furrows where it grew.
Moreover the word of God came unto me, saying,
Say now to the rebellious house, Know ye not what these things mean? tell them, Behold, the king of Babylon is come to Jerusalem, and hath taken the king thereof, and the princes thereof, and led them with him to Babylon;
And hath taken of the king's seed, and made a covenant with him, and hath taken an oath of him: he hath also taken the mighty of the land:
That the kingdom might be base, that it might not lift itself up, but that by keeping of his covenant it might stand.
But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and much people. Shall he prosper? shall he escape that doeth such things? or shall he break the covenant, and be delivered?
As I live, saith God, surely in the place where the king dwelleth that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he brake, even with him in the midst of Babylon he shall die.
Neither shall Pharaoh with his mighty army and great company make for him in the war, by casting up mounts, and building forts, to cut off many persons:
Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand, and hath done all these things, he shall not escape.
Therefore thus saith God: As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.
And I will spread my net upon him, and he shall be taken in my snare, and I will bring him to Babylon, and will plead with him there for his trespass that he hath trespassed against me.
And all his fugitives with all his bands shall fall by the sword, and they that remain shall be scattered toward all winds: and ye shall know that I have spoken it.
Thus saith God: I will also take of the highest branch of the high cedar, and will set it; I will crop off from the top of his young twigs a tender one, and will plant it upon an high mountain and eminent:
In the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it: and it shall bring forth boughs, and bear fruit, and be a goodly cedar: and under it shall dwell all fowl of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.
And all the trees of the field shall know that I have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I have spoken and have done it.
ZECHARIAH 11:1-3
Open thy doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour thy cedars. Howl, fir tree; for the cedar is fallen; because the mighty are spoiled: howl, O ye oaks of Bashan; for the forest of the vintage is come down. There is a voice of the howling of the shepherds; for their glory is spoiled: a voice of the roaring of young lions; for the pride of Jordan is spoiled.
SURELY THOU WHO HEARKEN, MAKE WAY AND SEEK COUNSEL DOTH FEAR ME: THOU WILT RECEIVE INSTRUCTION SO THINE DWELLING SHOULD NOT BE CUT OFF.
HOWSOEVER I PUNISHED THEM BUT THEY ROSE EARLY AND CORRUPTED ALL THEIR DOINGS.
THEREFORE WAIT THEE UPON ME UNTIL THE DAY THAT I RISE UP TO THE PREY.
FOR MY DETERMINATION IS TO GATHER THE NATIONS THAT I MAY ASSEMBLE THE KINGDOMS: TO POUR UPON THEM MINE INDIGNATION, EVEN ALL MY FIERCE ANGER, FOR ALL THE EARTH SHALL BE DEVOURED WITH THE FIRE OF MY JEALOUSY.
NOW HATH I TURNED TO THEE PEOPLE OF EARTH A PURE LANGUAGE THAT THOU MAY ALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD TO SERVE HIM WITH ONE CONSENT.
WISDOM HATH DEPARTED THINE EARTH AND TAKEN HER SEAT AMONG THE ANGELS. AMEN.
MAKE WAY AND REVER THOU STEADFAST. AMEN.
I HATH SPOKEN IT AND IT IS DONE. AMEN.
