Beautiful song. I just happened to click on the lyrics on fflyrics.com and I saw how beautiful they were and I just had to hear the song. I guess not only the main Final Fantasy games have awesome songs. This is beautiful. Does any know who sings it?

Diamonds in my heart
Vocals: Vicki Bell
Lyrics:

Do you remember the days
When we had a long long way to go
And you were there for me,
As I was there for you to be around

The sun was shining brightly
Down on us so gently
That we thought we could go on
For as long and as far as we pleased

Hand in hand, forever and far more
We would run, we'd never have enough
Didn't even need to know if it was time to leave
Or time to sing

On and on, the hours tick away
So the memories can go astray
How I miss the days of golden sun
And please,
I'd rather be with you

I still remember the days
When we had a long long time to share
That's when I saw you there
Looking as tired as I used to be

"Hello," I said unsurely
You smiled a little shyly
Soon we knew we would go on
Together on a journey to our dreams

Hand in hand, forever and far more
We would run, we'd never have enough
Didn't even care to ask
How far away from home we'd have to go

On and on, the hours tick away
So the memories can go astray
Oh I miss the never-ending road,
And sure,
I'd rather be with you

Sweet summer breeze
Or autumn leaves
Mid-winter sky
And blooming flowers of spring
Friends and their laughter
Precious and kind
Let all shine like diamonds in my heart

All along, I'm here to find the way
To the dreams we used to have before,
And I long to see again
Your smiling face along the way somewhere

If you hear me calling out your name
And you see the meaning of it all
Come and join me on this place again
You know, tomorrow will be there...

Hey all, just thought I'd share the link I found on the Internet with you. This song (English version) is available for download here:

http://www.mediafire.com/?3jyestwvhg1

Note: I am not the one who uploaded the song, so yeah. Also, this link is working as of 10 August, 2008. It may become dead later, I don't know.

Also, I was surfing around and noticed that the current lyrics have a couple of errors. Two years ago, I found the full and correct lyrics but for some reason I can't find that website now. I do remember most of it, so I'm posting it up here. Words I'm unsure of have an asterisk beside them.

Do you remember the days
When we had a long long way to go
And you were there for me,
As I was there for you to be around

The sun was shining brightly
Down on us so gently
That we thought we could go on
For as long and as far as we pleased

Hand in hand, forever and far more
We would run, we'd never have enough
Didn't even need to know if it was time to live*
Or time to sing

On and on, the hours tick away
So the memories can go astray
How I miss the days of golden sun
And please,
I'd rather be with you

If you don't agree with the lyrics above, try listening to the song using earphones and see if the lyrics tally.

Have a nice day!

Vocals: Vicki Bell
Lyrics:

Do you remember the days
When we had long long ways to go
And you were there for me,
As I was there for you to be around
The sun was shining brightly
Down on us so gently
That we thought we could go on
Or was

Hand in hand, forever and almorn
We would run, we'd never have enough
Did an angel know when it was time to live
Or time to sleep
On and on, the hours tick away
So the memories can go astray
Oh, how I miss the days of golden sun
And please,
I'd rather be with you
I still remember the days
When we had long long time to share
Until I saw you there
Not as tired as I used to feel
Hello I said unsurly
You smiled a little shyly
Soon we knew we would go on
Together on a journey to our dreams

Hand and hand, forever and almorn
We'd run, didn't even care to ask
How far away from home
We'd have to go

On and on, the hours tick away
Oh the memories go astray
Oh I miss the never-ending road,
And sure,
I'd rather be with you
Sweet summer breeze
Or autumn leaves
Through winter skys
And flowers of spring
Friends and their laughter
Precious and kind
Let them shine like diamonds in my heart

All along, I'm here to find the way
To what dreams, we used to have before,
And I hope to see again
Your smiling face along the way somewhere
If you hear me calling out today
And you see the meaning of it all
Come and join me on this way again
You know, tomorrow will be there...
