Whether it's rocking at his residency "Happy Feet" w/DJ Bobbito, his residency at New York's APT, or makin bodies move at his famous JUMP N FUNK afro-beat heavy parties, the impeccable Rich Medina is a renauissance man: Producer, DJ, Poet, and one of the most humble personalities on the underground music scene, worldwide. Transform ing the average experience of any cl ub Om & refresco and give the SF some of the illest night s to remember

TOKYO COMPONENT
One of the hardest working DJs in the Bay Area, Tokyo Component has been holding it down for years. Rocking infamous parties like fresco at Milk, Nihon, Brothers & Sisters - Tokyo Component has left a mark in the SF dance scene.

HAKOBO
To say that San Francisco's theCulprits are the underground's poster children for hot international music would be an understatement. Tokyo Component & Hakobo a.k.a. The Culprits, have been biding their time and paying their dues by bringing out acts such as Jazzanova, Gilles Peterson, Little Louie Vega, Kenny Dope and Kyoto Jazz Massive. Those in "the know" are aware that these names are nothing to scoff at. Those without soul definitely need not apply. The Culprits hit it hard on all accounts by bringing the best in multiple genres from funk, soul, jazz, hip hop, house to broken beat. With such refined tastes in music, one might think that these guys come from places like Canada, Japan or Mexico. Well, actually, they do, and lucky for us Bay Area natives, they've got their hands deep into San Francisco's nightlife and were ranked by 7x7 Magazine as having one of the hottest Friday nights in the city this year.

PINK
One of the hottest underground clubs in SF is not only fresh for it's sleek, pink accented interior, but for it's roots in the SF dance scene, and it's incredible, bangin' ass soundsystem. If you happened to experience Pink before it's modern day transformation, it used to be called LIQUID. Back in the day it was just a fold up table as a bar, 2 turntables & a mixer, and some Mackies as a sound system. This used to be THE UNDERGROUND dance club in SF. Now transformed into the sleeker Pink, it has all the class of the new millenium, but still has that gutter funk we like so much...
