oh yes. definitely ngbede ogah. I do think about it in the band's POV. I was just stating my idea. but i completely understand where you are coming from.

I sort of know how you feel Vixay!leonard; I felt the same way about Paper Planes by M.I.A. because it was FAR from the best song on that CD.
I understand liking your music for it's special-ness to your group of friends but think about it from the band's perspective please.
If it was made for you and your friends EXCLUSIVELY, they probably would have included your names in the title or lyrics.
People shouldn't treat music like THAT; Do you really like the song or are you just likeing it while it's "not cool". If you ditch it when it becomes mainstream....it's hard to know what you were getting out of it.
You should avoid being possessive of music--unless you wrote it.
As I said think of it from the band's point of view, and be gald that more ppl have been exposed to the Sour Cherry- flavored goodness of the kills.
A few people might even look up some more stuff by them

yea. everyone who was talking about gossip girl and this song being on it yea...it's a tad annoying when you know a song for a long time and it's your own little thing or your small group of friends knows about it, then the mainstream gets a hold of it and runs wild. I personally hate when people claim they love a song when it's on the radio. Really? you love it? does it have any sentimental value to you or are you just likeing now while it's "cool" then going to ditch it when the radio stops playing it? I do not like when people treat music like that. Honestly, you either like it or you don't. i'm not dissing gossip girl either. it has a fanbase and is doing the best it can to get people to watch it. But for those of you who like your band and hate them when others like it too....i'm the same way.
