Ominous Chapter 1:Legend of Fergurson Middle School
My best friends,Taylor,Leona,Mikaela,Kylynn,Nicole,Sara,and Alice were locked up inside the school--With only the darkness surrounding us.
The hall ways echoed,but not whenever we talked to eachother --But like the sound of foot steps coming towards us.
We were all thriving for survival,except for me and Alice--Who pretty much acted like...psychos.
"Oh my gosh,we're locked up!"Alice exclaimed with a giggle.
"I know,oh my gosh,this would be perfect to put inside my story!"I replied.
We both giggled like nothing was wrong,and that everything was just pretend.
"Will you two knock it out?"Mikaela snapped."This is serious,haven't you guys heard of the legend?"
"Eh,what legend?"We both asked,cocking her heads to face her.
"You mean,you guys never knew?"Everybody asked us with a gasp.
"Knew what?"Alice asked them,blinking her eyes in confusion.
"Well it goes like this..."Taylor whispered in an eerie voice.
She cleared her throat,"You know how our school looks like it came from the country-side,right?"
She was right--The school is surrounded by fields of wheat,and by cows,horses,cattle,and other country things.
"Yeah,"I replied with a nod.
I wrote her words down in my note book,so that when I ever wanted to write a scary story--I would've gotten a true plot.
"Well our school used to be a barn and a house that belonged to a girl named Sally,"She said.
"Uh-huh?"Alice replied.
"Well,one night,her mother and father had a big fight during dinner
time,"Taylor replied."And the mother said to Sally,that it might lead up to a divorce."
She sucked in a deep breath."And when the next day began,Sally walked into her barn and found her dog,Russel,chopped into pieces."
Alice and I gasped.
The group nodded,their hands and legs crossed.
"So anyways,she waited until her mother came back from work to tell her about what happened to Russel,"Taylor replied."And when the mother came home,she told her about Russel,and the mother just told her she'd get another dog for her."
"Aww,that's sad..."Alice commented.
"It's like the mother doesn't care,"I said.
"Yeah...well anyways,since it was so late,her mother decided to turn in for the day,so she did--Hoping tomorrow would be better."
"Was it?"Alice asked.
"No,"Taylor whispered."The same thing happened,she found an animal chopped up again as she entered the barn the next morning."
