Eh whaddup man? My bad on the procrastination but I just peeped "The Kid's The Truth" vid. It got an 8-Ball vibe to it but none the less you coined it as your own. Lyrics was on point, the hook was cool but kinda lingered on too long b4 punchin in that next verse. Overall it's a raw introduction to the industry and it's a marketable promo. I'm a check out the mixtape sometimes this week; good lookin out though man.

My name is Simon "Top Billion" Hill, I was born September 14, 1990 in Huntsville, Alabama, and I'm a rapper hailing from Monroe, LA. I now currently reside in New Orleans, LA. I have been making music since I was 14 years old. I'm the co-founder of CipherMusicGroup Productions along with True Wise. I have released 3 independent mixtapes so far in 2009; ("Off the Top Vol. 1," "Off the Top Vol. 2," & "Top Billion & MIDImarc Present: You Need Soul.")

What makes me different from the millions of other rappers? My intelligence, honesty, and determination. I feel as if I never lie to my audience, I never condescend, and I especially never give up. If you're placing bets on which artist will succeed in the future to further mold the culture, put money on me. I will never let you down.
