I listen to the Risen Christ in me

Part One

(A Psalm of Antoaneta)

What do the words of mere men

mean to You my Heavenly Father,

and what is the meaning of my words

if I do not fulfill them?

What is the meaning of my words

if I just throw them into the wind

and never fallow through?

What is the meaning of my words

if I forget them the moment they live my temple?

My words just spoken have no meaning.

My words just spoken and not fulfilled

are vain and shallow.

My words are meaningless if I do not do what I say.

Indeed many times I had spoken

and I believed that I will do as my mouth ottered

but the moment I spoke I forgot my promise.

So I come today to ask You for forgiveness,

for every word I've ever spoken and I have not fulfilled.

I come to make old thins new,

to start afresh with You my King.

I know You will forgive me,

for it is You who drew me to repent.

Your awesome love draws me closer to Your light

and the more I see Your light

the more I want to imitate You as a dear little child.

Thank You that You are the God

of second chances to infinity!

Thank You that when I repent of my sins

You remember them no more!

How can I describe Your loving kindness,

how can I thank You,

how can I repay You for everything You've ever done?

My words I will watch from now on

as precious diamonds and rubies coming from Your treasures.

Instead of death I will speak life,

instead of curses I will speak blessings,

instead of evil I will meditate on what is good.

My thoughts I will bring into the captivity

of You Lord Jesus Christ.

My words will be Your words,

my words will be Spirit and the Spirit is life.

And I will speak life, blessings and healing,

I will speak justice, truth and forgiveness,

I will speak as You say speak because You live in me.

My sorrow will turn to joy.

And my joy will be full because I will speak Your Word.

Your Word is Holy!

You Word is You! Your Word is my Life!

The Life You gave me when I was born of You

to know You and obey You with a pure heart!

This is the desire of my heart

that I walk and talk like You Lord God.

Humble as the Lamb of God,

wise as a serpent, gentle as a dove.

I want to walk like You Lord Jesus,

I want to think like You!

You told me that if I delight in You

that You ill give me the desires of my heart.

I do not know much about who I am today

because I am just a little child.

I do not know much about who I am

because I know so little about You God.

But I desire to know You and I renounce pride.

I humble myself before You

so one day You may exalt me God.

How can I know the direction to go

if You do not guide me with Your eyes,

how can I know the truth if You don't live in my heart?

O show me Your glory, show me Your love,

most Merciful and Righteous Father God!

My heart is full of praise, for my heart is in heaven,

my heart overflows with riches no eye has ever seen.

My heart rejoices because I am Your redeemed.

Sing my heart, sing a new song to your God!

He is Good and He is Lord!

He is the Savior of the world!

The world lost in darkness because of sin,

the world that is in torment and pain and confusion.

The world that lays under the sway of the wicked one.

The world that is trapped under the yoke of Satan,

but his time is short, so short.

O Lord my God!

Here I come, Your little child,

willing to be taught by You,

willing to fallow You Jesus

so You may make me a fisher of men.

The men who are waiting to hear You

and to receive You,

the men You have predestined

from before the world began.

These men are mighty warriors of Yours,

they know good and evil Lord,

they hate there lives

and they are ready to forsake their lives,

lives full of pain and countless lies and sorrow.

They are ready to forsake the doctrines of demons

and embrace the truth of God!
