when it comes to the friends like that sometimes its good to be around them being yourself and not caring what other think cause then they start to think well if you can be yourself and find true friends then I can do the same.
sometimes it rubs off on others and then they finally want to grow up and be themselves
so maybe some of your good aspects will rub off on some of your friends too.

hehehehe I have only had two boyfriends that were into video games the other would play them but they didn't like them as much as I did...but at least she does have some game systems that means she has some game knowledge

wahhh now way honestly when I hit high school I was the same way
the whole time I pretty much just did what I wanted to do and hung out with the people that were good friends to be around and didn't care the slightest of what anyone thought
its really good when people start acting like that cause then they are truly being themselves
way to go!!!
I had a friend who was like that he pretty much just said what others wanted to hear therefore he never really showed his true self...but sometimes it takes time to finally be yourself in front of others.
