It was made by 1darkflame, and feature's Evanescence's "Breathe No More" song, while Slipknot's "Vermillion Pt.2" video plays.

This entire (brilliant) collaboration (both song and video) applies perfectly to my "Requiem for a Dream" W.I.T.C.H. fanfiction story and character, Sitara Vandom, after she passes away at the end of said story.
