I've been following Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays for 23 years. There are only a handful of artists who through the years, turn out one great composition after another, and display such skill and musicianship, all the while evoking strong emotion.

Matheny has few rivals when it comes to sheer creativity. This song is....well.... perfect. And it holds a special place in my heart. It's great to see young people discovering this genre of music again. Circa: 1992 SE Georgia, St. Simons Island, walking along the beach together and knowing you have found your soul mate.

Smooth jazz to tha fullest. This song. . .a candlelit dinner with wine. . .a slight drizzle outside with the fireplace burning. . .I see kids in my future. . .lol

yeah... when they FIRST came out... seems like these days, radio stations calling themselves "jazz" play nothing but "top 40" with sax solos...

Man....This is what Smooth Jazz radio stations played when they first came out...Reminds me of deserts and seas of Sunny Southern California.
