지금 부터 2008년 봄 인데, 악덕 사기꾼들인 전국의 충약업자(대부분 소방 장비 및 관련 제품 가게를 운영거나 점검하는 소방 설비업자 그리고 소방서 직원 모두)가 뒷 구멍으로 충약을 조장하거나 사기 칠 것입니다. 충약은 소화기 메이커도 못하는 엄청 어려운 것이고 소화기 새 것 만드는 것 보다 더 경비가 많이 드는데 누가 소화기 충약을 제대로 하겠습니까? 충약 한다고 소화기 들고 가서는 제대로 절대로 충약 안 하고 그냥 가스가 빠져 있는지 눈으로 들여다 보고는 가스 빠졌으면 질소 가스 집어 넣어 주고(어둑 침침한 습기가 가득한 지하실 같은 곳에서) 그냥 외관상 뼁끼 좀 칠하여 주고 " 소화기 점검 및 충약자 인적사항"이라는 "관공서 검사 필" 처럼 보이는 스티카 한장 달랑 부쳐서 충약하였다고 다시 갔다 주고는 개당 약 15000원 이상을 사기 쳐 먹는 전국의 소방 가게, 소방 설비 업자, 소방서 직원들이 활개 치고 다닐 것입니다,,,,,

이 소방 가게 및 뒷 골목 충약 업자들이 검은 잠바입혀서 고용한 나까마들이 허럼한 봉고차에 타고 돌아 다니기 시작할 것입니다.

충약은 소화기 메이커들도 못하는 아무 소용없는 짓이고, 소화기는 무조건 매 2-3년 마다 새 소화기로 바꾸어 놓아야
